Each technology for production of candles requires the usage of waxes with appropriate parameters. Production of candles by the method of Filling

Candles in glasses, pots, cups and other containers are produced by filling. Thanks to their long burning, these type of candles are widely used in restaurants, gardens and religious rituals.

Special waxes for filling

Special waxes for filling are available in liquid or in the form of slabs:

E210 – a vegetable and paraffin wax blend for luxury candles.
E211 – a vegetable and paraffin wax blend for candles.
E215 – a 100% paraffin wax blend for candles.
E221 – a vegetable and paraffin wax blend for garden/outdoor and cemetery/grave candles.

Production of candles by the method of Pressing

Candle pressing technology is done by special pressing machines. In this method, the granulated wax is pressed in the form of a candle. This technology is commonly used for the production of tea-light candles and pillar candles.

Special waxes for pressing method are available in liquid or in the form of granules:

E311 – for tea-light candles.
E313 – for decorative candles.
E321 / E322 – for garden/outdoor and cemetery/grave candles.

Production of candles by the method of Extrusion

During the production method of extrusion wax in the form of small slabs or granules and the wick are compressed into a high pressure tube. The resulting product is cut into candles of the desired size. By extrusion method are produced mainly household and ritual candles.

Special waxes for extrusion method are available in liquid, slabs or granules:

E411 / E413 – for white and colored candles.
E421 – for ritual/church candles.
E470 – for big altar candles.

Production of candles by the method of Dipping

The production method of dipping requires a repetitive dipping of the wick in liquid wax until the desired diameter of the candle is reached. Generally the candles produced by dipping method are sharpened on the top and are fully colored. By this production method are produced mainly household and ritual candles.

Special waxes for dipping method are available in liquid or slabs:

E511 – for white and colored candles.
E521 / E522 – for ritual/church candles.
EDW512 – for candles with overdipping.

Production of candles by the method of Drawing

By the method of drawing the wick is drawn through liquid wax and during this process a layer from the wax is stuck on the wick. The process is repeated until enough wax layers are stuck on the wick and the candle reaches the desired diameter. The candles produced by drawing method are fully colored and have a long burning time. By this method are produced ritual candles, votive and household candles, birthday candles and others.

E611 – for white candles.
E621 / E622 – for yellow/church candles.

Production of candles by the method of Moulding

For thie production method of moulding it is necessary to use moulds. The wick is fixed in the mould and then the mould is filled with liquid wax. After cooling the candle could be taken out. This production method is particularly preferred for the manufacture of hand-made decorative candles with special shapes that can not be achieved using other manufacturing methods.

E721 – for smooth candles.
E731 – for carved candles.
E231 – for machine moulding.
